Having working for over ten years, I have a feeling that the capitalism has some bad implication. It seems that every one is trying to work hard through out the life just to pay off the mortgage, this is especially obvious in the city, where housing is more expensive than suburban.
In Singapore, the situation is worsening. The inflation is pushing up so high that it is difficult for a normal citizen to buy even the government flat. For a rough calculation, a person will need to pay the sum of more than 600 thousands Singapore Dollars easily for a three bedroom house including interest. That would take a person who earns $2,000 monthly to pay off the mortgage in 25 years' time without consider other living cost! Is this a problem of capitalism?

JooLeo Investment Holding, gogogo!
After so many years of preparation and harvest, finally we manage to start our first investment holding company! This is not my first startup company, but I am pretty confident this company will slowly grow to its sky high potential :)
