Back to entrepreneur journey!

After so many years of harvesting, I finally nurture the JooLeo Investment Holding to a phase that it can actually support my family life in the expensive Singapore. I would not term the passive income to be lucrative, but at least now I can leave my nine to five job anytime and return to my entrepreneur journey!

The investment holding website is up and running.

After picking up the skills PHP5 and the Codeigniter framework, the JooLeo Investment Holding website is finally up and running. It is not a fancy website, as it is not suppose to be, all the functions are there for all the investment operation to execute. The time is taking longer than expected, including the learning time. I thought I just need two weeks to complete it, where I took about 1 month to complete it. Anyway, I think it is quite stable and we are good to continue the real business behind it.

Something is wrong with capitalism?

Having working for over ten years, I have a feeling that the capitalism has some bad implication. It seems that every one is trying to work hard through out the life just to pay off the mortgage, this is especially obvious in the city, where housing is more expensive than suburban.
In Singapore, the situation is worsening. The inflation is pushing up so high that it is difficult for a normal citizen to buy even the government flat. For a rough calculation, a person will need to pay the sum of more than 600 thousands Singapore Dollars easily for a three bedroom house including interest. That would take a person who earns $2,000 monthly to pay off the mortgage in 25 years' time without consider other living cost! Is this a problem of capitalism?
